Outstanding!! The journey From Exam, Consult and on to Surgery was a very pleasant experience. More precisely though, the strong customer service is evident everywhere in the clinic hallways and rooms. Smiles everywhere!! Include the compassionate and technical support with this experience and I wanted to be there!! Thank you as well for the wonderful surgical team! that was given to me for my surgery. Definitely, they have to be the best!!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Siapco for years now. He’s always been kind. I trust him which is important to me, the staff are wonderful. I recently had cataract surgery and everyone was caring. Explained things, made sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend Cascadia Eye.

Dr Pereira is always wonderful, but the technician who got me ready to see the doctor was notably lovely this time. She was kind, gentle, patient, and competent. For someone who’s had lots of eye trauma (and eyes are already just such delicate, vulnerable parts of our body), it’s so valuable to have this kind of demeanor in the tech staff. The gal who worked with me had superior bedside manner to most I’ve worked with. Give her a gold star!

Went in for my apt at 9am. Office ladies were very nice and friendly. I was taken in quickly and the gal doing my exam was nice and friendly also. Saw Dr Golez, he was great! He asked questions, he answered questions, very informative. He had plenty of time to address any concerns. (This is important to me, that a Dr has time to talk about concerns that I may have.) Thank you Cascadia Eye, for being so great! KP

The surgical procedure itself was not difficult for me. The staff were very supportive and professional. Dr Siapco is amazing. He genuinely cares about your well being. He listens and provides reassuring information and as I write this the morning after the procedure I know he is a very skilled surgeon.

Everyone is so helpful and explains everything thoroughly. Dr. Ciapko (sp) is absolutely the best opthalmologist I've ever seen. He caught the fact that I had optic neuritis back in 1989, he could see the damage to my optic nerve. Three doctors missed it before. My appointment was almost three hours long, so I strongly recommend having someone drive you home because of dilation. Friendliest employees EVER!!!!
